Legalese is boring, TURBA is not.

While our lawyers assure us that we need a boring, expansive returns policy, we want to level with you and keep it simple.

In short, if, for any reason, you're not happy with your glasses, you are eligible for a return - if you let us know within 30 days of your order.

If so, you'll be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

What does any reason mean, you might ask? Well, it includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • I don't like the look of my TURBA's!
  • My TURBA's don't fit me properly!
  • I bought these TURBA's as a gift but the recipient didn't like them!
  • I bought these TURBA's as a gift but the recipient broke up with me before I could gift them!
  • I had a vision from a genie, and he told me to change the colours of my TURBA's or else I would be in great personal danger!

In short, if it's within 30 days, and you don't like them, don't stress. Ship them back to us and we'll either send you out a new pair more to your liking, or give you your money back. Contact our support team at info@turbaoptics.com and they'll let you know the details.
